Brent George

Brent has been involved in the physical therapy community for over 30 years. A clinic owner, director, consultant, coach, and instructor, he brings extensive experience to the service of his clients. Brent has developed a professional relationship with the NFL's Seattle Seahawks, MLS Seattle Sounders, WNBA Seattle Storm, NWSL OL Reign and is an official consultant to the University of Washington's Sports Medicine Program. He has worked with MLB’s Seattle Mariners and professional athletes nationwide. Brent has worked with countless professional, Olympic, collegiate, and high school athletes locally, regionally, and nationally.

Raanah Amjadi

Saha Wellness

Ahna is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Herbalist, Health Writer, and the founder behind Saha Wellness. As a dedicated advocate of holistic and integrative healthcare, supported by her personal experience with chronic illness, she recognizes that addressing imbalances or dis-ease in the body often requires a multifaceted approach. Her coaching methodology involves thoroughly exploring every aspect of her client's lives to gain a profound understanding of how food and lifestyle choices directly impact their health and overall well-being. By tailoring her approach to suit each client's unique objectives, Ahna excels at delving into the root causes of symptoms and crafting personalized bio-individual action plans that cater to their immediate needs and long-term goals. With extensive training in Women’s Health, Nutrition, Herbalism, and Functional Medicine Diagnostics, Ahna possesses a diverse array of tools to address health challenges comprehensively.

Ahna Kennedy

Raanah is a holistic wellness coach who has been living with multiple sclerosis since July 2022. In her practice, Raanah supports recently diagnosed members of the community to regain mind-body balance and discover new ways of well-being with MS. Together—through curiosity and a heavy dose of self-compassion—you will explore the rhythms, boundaries, and forms of nourishment that are most supportive to your unique system. Raanah firmly believes that when you complement modern medical treatments with food, movement, breathwork, and other holistic practices, you empower yourself to live an even more joyful, vibrant, and vital life.

Daniel Jahn

Maximum Sports Conditioning

Daniel is the owner of Maximum Sports Conditioning, a gym that provides sport-specific, goal-specific, and individualized training programs for all ages. Max SC’s focus includes athletic development, injury prevention, and injury rehabilitation, and they strive to inspire, motive, and teach every athlete they work with.

Maureen Manley

Having lived with Multiple Sclerosis for 31 years, Maureen profoundly understands the challenges navigating a life with MS can bring.  Maureen wholeheartedly believes that you can THRIVE with MS!  Maureen helps her clients build on their strengths, develop new skills and strategies, manage stress to foster health, optimize wellbeing, and pursue dreams.   

SWEDISH MS CENTER

Located in Seattle, Washington, the MS Center at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute focuses on comprehensive wellness for their patients. In addition to the expert medical care provided by Dr. James Bowen and other physicians, this one-of-a-kind center has programs such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, physical medicine, and adventure programs – all located on the same floor! The NMSS is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by Multiple Sclerosis. We work very closely with the MS Society to help enhance the quality of life for individuals living with MS. They provide a range of programs and services to support individuals affected by MS, including educational resources, support groups, and wellness programs. RUN A MYELIN MY SHOES

Run A Myelin My Shoes (RAMMS) is a team of MS Warriors and MS Supporters. Their goal is to support each other as athletes living with Multiple Sclerosis and to motivate others with the disease to exercise to the best of their ability despite a disease that compromises mobility. Once a year, the RAMMS team meets at a running / walking event to spread awareness of the disease and encourage others that are also living with MS.
